Backstory

Richard is a roofing contractor in New York. He did solid work but he couldn’t land projects regularly because most of his work came from word of mouth. He had tried Angi’s List and bought lead lists but hardly ever made his money back. His son was growing up and he felt like he was missing out.

After Conquest reached out via phone call, Richard was intrigued by our offer and he wound up in an interview with us. After learning about Richard's situation we decided to take him on as a partner to help fix his business.

When Zach first started diving deep into Richard's business, we noticed right away the biggest issue was in his acquisition process. He was far too reliant on inconsistent means of getting new clients like referrals, and word of mouth.

Once Conquest noted down their problems, we put a plan in place to fix it:

Zach implemented a Google Ads Strategy and lead follow up system into Richard's business to greatly increase lead flow. Rich could finally stop stressing about where his next job was going to come from because he always had an inflow of work from our system.

Results

Richard now get’s at least 2 projects a month from our program, ditched Angi’s and lead lists, and has time to make his son’s soccer games.
