Victor, a roofer from California and Conquest partnered up to fix the bottlenecks in his business so he could finally be the owner of his company rather than a worker in it.

Backstory

Victor is a roofing contractor in California who was selling door to door and working out of a storage unit. When we met him he was less then a year into his business. Customers would no-show his estimates 40% of the time and he hardly had time for payroll and contracts because he was working in sales and managing projects.

After Victor received one of our emails he applied to work with Conquest. During the interview Evan could tell Victor had the work ethic to succeed, he just lacked the system. Then, when Victor explained more about his personal situation, Conquest was sold and agreed to invite Victor into a partnership.

When we first did a deep dive into Victor's business, we immediately identified the issues keeping Victor doing 2-3 projects per month, rather then 20-30.

As Conquest got involved we understood what the cause of Victor's problems were

  • His pricing structure was not set up for scale
  • Little to no advertising
  • He was too involved with low leverage activity

Pricing Adjustment

Conquest and Victor worked together to restructure his pricing to charge 15% more so he would have excess cash to invest in advertising and new employees.

Marketing

We implemented our proven Google Ads Strategy and lead nurture follow up systems to guarantee high quality appointments for Victor.

Across 5 months

Results

Victor no longer goes door to door for leads. His show rate for estimates is 76% and he’s had plenty of time to do payroll. He also started taking Saturdays off for the first time in his career.
